ABOUT KERALA BUILDERS ASSOCIATION


Kerala Builders Association was formed and founded in the year 2005 to secure a voice for the members as well as for attaining more professionalism in the construction industry, an industry that is currently largely unorganized. Kerala Builders Association has a strength of more than 200 members and represents the key trendsetters in the construction industry. The Kerala Builders Association comprises of builders with a proven track record of their own and has an impressive presence across the state.

The Kerala Builders Association is of the view that housing is one of the basic needs of the society and in the current competitive scenario, the expenditure pattern is not all that logical thereby making the end product prohibitively expensive. To bring about more transparency at work, the Association is willing to work together with similar other professional bodies. They are also of the opinion that the time has come to address every concern of millions of those who are aspiring to own a home in this part of the world.
